Experience the warmth and welcoming atmosphere of a tight-knit neighbourhood with playful shops and a strong sense of community. The square is surrounded by quiet residential streets, parks, and playgrounds. We are designing a all in one community haven.

Hygge is the Danish art of coziness, derived from the Norwegian word for “wellness” and has become ingrained into the Danish culture. It is about creating warmth, serenity, and the simplicity in your life with a complete absence from things that are emotionally taxing.

The upper half comprises spacious residential lofts. Enhancing community connections, a shared greenhouse is attached to the building for all to enjoy.

One of the challenges we faced was how can we effectively draining moisture at the roof connections between two steep roofs. To overcome this, we installed a custom gutter system and carefully sealed all roof penetrations. Regular inspections and maintenance are crucial to ensure proper drainage.
