I started the design process by sketching out ideas of the product profile on paper.
I created a captivating fish logo to adorn the lower right corner of the card holder.
​
While my initial intention was to have the logo embroidered, I discovered it was challenging and risky to work with the sourced leather. As a result, I went
for a simplified and sleek engraved design instead.
The product is crafted primarily with Buttero old leather, an Italian vegetable-tanned cowhide. Finished in dark green stitching to compliment its natural texture. A single back pocket is designed in soft black suede to add convenience and style for the card holder.
